Only persons over the age of 18 years are able to make a reservation.
This is an agreement between the “Booking Person” party/hirer, client (you) as listed in the Booking Form and Chevin Heaven Limousines to hire our motor vehicle(s).
The full terms and conditions of the reservation are listed below and your payment of this agreement is deemed to be your Acceptance of the Wedding Reservation Contract Terms and Conditions. You are fully responsible for this reservation and for all passengers traveling in our vehicles. It is your responsibility to ensure the following Terms and Conditions are brought to the attention of all passengers.
Payments
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted and will be partially refunded (the total charter amount less the “booking fee”) if we have received more than 90 days’ notice. Cancellations within 90 days of the wedding date will result in you (the client) being liable for the full charter amount.

Sometimes weddings and photography sessions can run over time, so it is recommended that you take this in to consideration when scheduling your wedding day. Should your charter require to run into overtime you need to acknowledge the following:
Food & Alcohol Consumption
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted by law in any vehicle.
Damage to Vehicle & Bad Behaviour
You and your party will be held responsible for all costs resulting from any damages to our vehicles caused as a direct result from your booking. Chevin Heaven Limousines also reserves the right to terminate your charter and ask you or any member of your party to leave the vehicle immediately; seeking alternative arrangements should any of you behave in a way that is considered unruly or unsafe to the driver, its passengers or others. No refund will be given.
Pets
No Pets, other than Guide Dogs are allowed in any vehicle.
Customer Safety
All passengers are required to wear seat belts in accordance with current laws. Please note we do not carry child restraints in our vehicles however these can be organised with enough prior arrangement. If required these must be requested at the time of booking.
Circumstances Beyond our Control
We will not accept responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances or delays beyond our control such as:
• Traffic congestion or detours
• Accidents
• Police Stops
• Bad Weather/Road Conditions
• Vehicle Breakdowns
If there is a breakdown or mishap Chevin Heaven Limousines reserves the right to substitute the vehicle(s).
Insurances
Our insurance policy covers all authorised persons travelling in the vehicle en-route to their destination. Chevin Heaven Limousines accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of personal property.
Grace Period
Chevin Heaven Limousines aim is to arrive at the pickup points in advance of the agreed times. In very rare cases events beyond our control may cause us to be late. In such circumstances providing we arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick up time, this will be deemed to be within the terms of the agreement & acceptable, in such cases, and if reasonably practical, we will endeavor to adjust the agreed booking times to make up for the delay, for example by adding a similar time at the end of the booking period.
By making a booking you declare the undersigned acknowledge having read and understood all terms and conditions set out in this Booking Form. Chevin Heaven Limousines reserves the right to accept or reject the application in its absolute discretion. If you fail to return a signed copy of this booking form but payment is received it will be assumed that you have accepted all of these terms and conditions.
